Dr. Goldberg is considered an “out-of-network” provider for all insurance panels. This allows your confidentiality to be ensured and eliminates a third-party from interfering with your treatment. He will provide you with a “superbill” which can be given to your insurance company for reimbursement if applicable through your plan.

Dr. Goldberg’s rate schedule reflects his desire to provide services for individual’s who otherwise cannot afford services. As such, a limited amount of sliding fee slots are available.
